You can even get certified here!
All of our instruction is performed with top-of-the-line equipment in rooms that are climate controlled and ventilated with fume extraction systems. We spare no expense to create the perfect welding learning environment for our students.
MIG welding classes
MIG welders use an electric arc that forms between the filler rod and the metal work piece, heating them both and causing them to melt and join cleanly. Our MIG classes offer an overview of the process, discussions of safety requirements and practical lessons on every aspect of MIG welding, from properly setting up and assembling your equipment to safely using it for practical welding projects. After instruction, students will learn through hands-on experience, with the instructor offering helpful advice along the way.
Flux-core welding is an arc-welding process that uses a continuously fed consumable electrode that has flux at its core. These classes also teach you all the basics of safety, setup and use. Again, the most important part of the class is the hands-on portion, where our instructors will be able to assist you directly with your technique.
Stick welding classes
Stick welding is a manual arc welding process that uses a consumable electrode coated in flux to put down the weld. In these classes, you’ll learn a variety of techniques to safely and accurately lay welds using a stick welder, and then will be attended to by an instructor as you put your learning to the test in practical welding situations.
TIG welding classes
TIG welders use an electric arc created by a tungsten electrode, and use a shielding gas to protect the weld as it’s being laid. TIG welding tends to be the more complicated and difficult to learn of the standard welding processes. The more classes you take, the better you’ll be. These are the classes you should take if you’re interested in one day welding at a professional level of quality.
