The corporate location is the place that stores and customers call when any issues arise regarding their accounts. Corporate is where many of the key business decisions are made!

How does corporate work with the stores?

Corporate works with the stores very closely. All of the paperwork for each store is done at Corporate in order to make sure all charges are correct. Invoices are reviewed along with providing overall support for the company. This includes ensuring our stores are taken care of by providing them with the resources needed to be successful. Corporate employees of Vern Lewis contribute great ideas that are used to create and improve store functions so they can run smoother. Corporate also works with store employees to come up with solutions to any issue the customer may be facing.

How does corporate work with customers?

Corporate works with customers on anything that has to do with their accounts. This includes complaints, payments and any mishaps that may have occurred. Vern Lewis Welding Supply’s culture is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing the best customer service possible. Customers receive assistance from staff by answering their questions or by finding a solution to their problem. Our staff at Vern Lewis uses the knowledge they have to improve client satisfaction in regards to accounts and questions on invoices.

What are the most common things customers come to corporate about?

Customers come to Vern Lewis to fix their accounts and make payments. Any customer that has concerns or complaints are handled by our dedicated team at the Corporate office. The most common questions that customers have are related to their accounts.
